The interior concept of the villa in Prague's Troja district is designed with a combination of light and dark tones, chosen according to the significance and function of each room or space. The architects aimed to utilize the potential of color psychology. Light colors are predominantly used in the daytime/active zones, while darker tones create a sense of relaxation and calmness. Throughout the entire property, a conceptual line of blocks is featured, adorned with high-quality veneers and wooden claddings, contrasting with natural marble and cement plaster. The interior is dominated by white and black hues, softened by the presence of wood. The architects opened up a part of the ceiling in the living room towards the study, creating a gallery to display valuable trophies from competitions. This design element also allows for increased daylight to permeate the space, significantly brightening the room, which is oriented towards the south-west. A highly unconventional feature within the interiors is the placement of the fitness area on the top floor of the house. It seamlessly connects to an outdoor terrace with breathtaking views of Prague. The fitness area also includes an ice bath, a bathroom, and a separate bar. It could be said that this floor is essentially dedicated to fitness activities. One floor below is the private section of the entire villa, housing the main bedroom with a standalone bathtub and a master bathroom. Additionally, there is a children's room with an attached bathroom and one of the two walk-in closets. The entrance level of the property features a garage, a lobby, a second walk-in closet, and the aforementioned study with a "hall of fame". The main veneered structure is cleverly designed to incorporate a WC, storage spaces, and AV equipment in the study. The lowest floor, with access to the garden featuring a heated indoor pool and a summer kitchen, houses the main living area with a kitchen and dining room, including the mentioned seating area by the fireplace, a WC, and a technical room.
