The Lopa chair for Javorina in Slovakia is a modern interpretation of a classic product. We wanted to create a simple utilitarian chair, which will be a simple expression, but sophisticated in a detailed solution. The use of solid wood for its production defined a refined recess and subsequent gluing of legs in the lower part of the seat, which thanks to its strength winds the whole. The chair is thus sufficiently strong even without the fasteners. The round shape of the backrest and cushion softens the overall character of Lopa.
